Mulheres em Shakespeare is a fine jewelry collection inspired by the female characters of Shakespeare’s plays and their defiance of social conventions. To translate this literary inspiration into a visual narrative, I focused on a theatrical and dramatic approach, creating a series of campaign films that evoke the atmosphere of a modern stage performance.
In the main fashion film, I used editing to build a poetic, fragmented rhythm, alternating between close-up details of the jewelry and the expressive movements of the models. While the lighting on the models followed the photography setup, I directed and shot the video assets with a focus on how light and shadow interacted with the pieces, ensuring they captured a “spotlight” effect even within a vertical, social-first format. The goal was to maintain a cinematic depth that felt as grand as the source material.
I was responsible for nearly the entire video production workflow, from cinematography and direction to the final color grade. In parallel, I produced a series of teasers and designer-led videos presenting the pieces, utilizing macro lenses to capture the intricate details and craftsmanship of each piece—handling the lighting, direction, editing, and color grading to ensure they felt like a seamless extension of the campaign’s aesthetic.
